How do I reserve an appointment and is there a fee?

You can book an appointment through our customer service by phone or WhatsApp.

Alternatively, if it is an online medical consultation - it is also possible through the website, simply choose the date that is convenient for you and from there you are transferred to choose an hour from the available slots.

In terms of payment, if you have scheduled an online consultation - payment is made at the time of booking and reserving the date. For your convenience, you can pay by credit card/bit
For a face-to-face examination/treatment/consultation, payment is arranged on the day of treatment at our clinic.

Endoscopic surgeries/complex procedures performed in hospitals require payment to be arranged a few days before the operation.
In any case, from the moment of placing the order, our customer service will contact you and provide the relevant details for the treatment you have chosen, if you have private health insurance - our customer service will help with guidance and formology.

I've set a check-in/treatment date and I can't make it - what is the cancellation policy?

When setting a date for treatment, we reserve an operating room, professional staff, equipment and everything necessary to ensure the best treatment for our patient.

Naturally, canceling an appointment / changing the date creates a problem, so if there is any reason for cancellation or change of date - we will ask to contact us as soon as possible and update us so that we can reserve the appointment for another patient.
